Allen Premium Outlets is a shopping center located in Allen, Texas, a suburb of Dallas Fort Worth. It features more than 125 outlet designer and name-brand outlet stores, offering exceptional brands at extraordinary savings of 25-65% every day. It also has a modern and spacious design, with ample parking, outdoor seating, and a children’s play area. The mall was opened in 2000 by Chelsea Property Group, a subsidiary of Simon Property Group, the largest owner and operator of outlet centers in the world. It was originally anchored by Neiman Marcus Last Call, Saks Fifth Avenue Off 5th, Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store, and Nike Factory Store. In 2017, the mall underwent a major expansion and renovation, adding new stores such as Tory Burch, kate spade new york, Michael Kors, The North Face, and many more. The mall also added new amenities such as free Wi-Fi, digital directories, charging stations, and a VIP Shopper Club. The mall has a variety of stores and services for shoppers of all ages and interests. Parking is a NIGHTMARE!!! no more.....
PAID PARKING AT AN OUTLET MALL?! by ,
This place was a disaster Sunday afternoon. Entering the parking lot took 15 minutes, so poor planning in design and absolutely nothing done to help situation despite building a whole lot of stores since initial mall opening. But the biggest insult was that much of the parking was blocked off with yellow traffic cones. When I asked an attendant about it he said it was for PAID PARKING IN AN OUTLET MALL!!! Please, just get over yourselves, Allen Outlet Mall. You are no Northpark and they certainly don’t give a huge percentage of their parking spaces to the valet service. This is truly a miserable place to navigate, and I get enough gridlock on real roads. Ever heard of customer service? Never again.

Mark/David review is false info. Majority of stores were open when I visited yesterday. Maybe 20 were fixing to open. Don’t spread fake info that will hurt these businesses.

The Allen premium outlet is in a state of disaster right now. Most of the stores are isclosed as about 80% of the original buildings experienced major roof damage from last Sunday night's hail storm which caused both structural damage and inventory damage to the affected retailers.
Racially profiled at Forever 21 Allen TX. by ,
I had the worst experience at Forever 21 in Allen outlet mall. After spending tons of money in this store on Black Friday and being a loyal customer to Forever 21 since the company existed. I was racially profiled and was kicked out of this store by the co manager Rebecca, simply because I asked for a refund (which I had my original receipt) and because I asked for the district manager name and number. After asking for the district manager information, Rebecca said “we don’t have one of those”. Not only did she lie about not having a district manager. She yelled and told me to get out of the store and called the mall sercuity. This was very embarrassing and a slap in the face. Especially since I am a loyal customer. A person like this should not represent any company!!
