Total disappointment
I came into the Concord Mills store on Saturday June 24th with my sister and mother. I purchased a dress which came up to 17.15. I gave the cashier $20.25. The cashier ( I didn't catch her name) but she ended up giving me the wrong amount of change. So I told her that she had owed me a dollar which was fine. I just wanted what I was owed so I could leave. While the cashier was ringing up my sister some other ladies came over and was trying to figure out what was going on. We stated that the lady had owed me a dollar. One of the ladies said " Its just a dollar" under her breath. Which I clearly heard. The next day we came in to the store to exchange something for my sister. The manager said she couldn't exchange it because she had already been there once and exchanged what she purchased the day before. And she stated that it was in the policy. Which is clearly does not state that there is an one time exchange policy. Then she decided to call over some other employees to tell them what's going on. One of the ladies didn't even know that was a rule at the store. And the other lady/man (not sure of the sex because it looks like both) said with an attitude that it does not have to state it in the policy but it's a rule. And walked off and rolled his/her eyes
