Nice shopping mall
It was always a good place to shop at.

They don't allow young teenagers the right to shop without their parents. The security guard told several children to go outside without their parents. I wish I could give 0 star.

I have been dealing with this Lens Crafters for at least 10 yrs. The technicians in this store go above and beyond to make sure you are absolutely 100 % completely satisfied with ur purchase. Very friendly and professional. If Chesapeake Square Mall ever closes I will do my best to find this group of people to make sure I continue to get the best service possible when purchasing eye wear. Also they are very knowledgeable about the products they carry.
