Horrible place
Too many semi trucks parked everywhere!!! Watched a truck driver piss in the open!!! Not a good place to go!!!
Too many beggars and panhandlers!
The Crossings has some great stores, but I find myself going elsewhere because of the panhandlers who are screaming, "lady, lady" to every-person who comes out of a store. I will not shop there.
Also, people have begun coming up to vehicles with their children to beg for money! This needs to be taken care of by management... You will lose customers.

Whoever manages this place...The landscaping is terrible and blocks view of traffic. Trash throughout the parking lot. Weeds growing next to buildings For the only real place to shop in Spring Hill, this place is terrible.
Stop Raising the Rent
Please stop raising the rent for places at The Crossings. Books-a-Million was highly popular, and you chased them out. I am very upset.
YUCK!
This place was very poorly designed as far as traffic and in & out access. Landscaping is very poorly maintained and trash has gotten horrible. I walk my dog back and forth daily and have seen used condoms, pregnancy tests & broken beer bottles. Ridiculous!
The Crossings has several amazing places
Boom Bozz pizza, Costa Vida (drive thru), Panera Bread (drive thru) Olive Garden, Chiles, Buffalo Wild Wings, Southwest Moes, and Tropical Smoothie (drive thru) are just the start of the frequented food places. My favorite stores thus far are Kohls, Target, and now the Home Goods store which I will visit very soon. So many places at the Crossings including a very nice place to buy wine which is Parkway Wine and Spirits.
This place....
This place honestly s....! You get food that’s cold they take it back and you get it back still cold! Was told we would have a manager come talk to us, never showed up! Gotta watch your bill too, they tried billing us for a child dinner and it was supposed to be free!
Concerned
I Am concerned about the upkeep and cleanliness of our city and this shopping center. The Flower Beds have been neglected for months some of the weeds have gotten bigger than the bushes . The parking lot is cluttered with trash! Who is supposed to be taking care of this ???! It looks bad !
Traffic nightmare
Not even going to give a star. Do NOt COME HERE!!!! Been sitting in movie theatre parking lot for over 30 min. Just trying to get out. Need to come up with better traffic solutions. Worth going into franklin and cool springs
