SA straighteners put different products in my bag than they used. They will not answer customer service number. Several hundred dollars lost in this scam.

12/19/20 Straight Ahead Beauty Bionic Pro Ceramic Iron Gold Collection I bought this product after the sales associate Jade showed my boyfriend and me all that it could do. After telling me it was originally $330 on sale for $169. I said it wasn’t worth it. Then she dropped it to the saloon price of $129 and threw in an extra item. Still for the price I felt it was not worth it and would think about it. She said if I left I wouldn’t get it at the $129 price the only reason I was getting it was I was her first customer of the day. She said she would give me her card. When she was getting the stuff to make her car piece of paper in mind she came back and said “I really want you to have the product I will take my commission out of it.” That dropped it to $89 dollars with the extra stuff. Who wouldn’t want to look good for there boyfriend and only takes 15 minutes to do it. The lady told me I had to keep my voice down because the lady next to me was buying three and she said she may not be getting the same price I would be paying. So I bought it. She even went over how amazing the exchange process was if it broke or wanted a new one. I finally got back to the hotel and wanted to give it a try. The mall had already closed at this point. The product did nothing like it did in the mall and after 60 minutes of trying to make it work I had to threw my hair in a bun and go out to dinner not looking anything in remote to how I wanted to look. I then started reacher and this has been an issue in the past year at the mall exact situation in mind. I then got my receipt out and it stated no refund only exchange on it and she charged me $90 instead of the $89. It was a scam from the start and she had my boyfriend and me fooled. The BBB has had over 70 complaints this year and multiple are from this mall. How can a mall continue to happen to their shoppers. Now I have to wait 4 hrs longer to try and get a refund. When I have an 11 hour drive home. Very disappointed with everything that has happened and can’t believe I wasn’t the first one and the mall knows about it and hasn’t done anything.
