Probably the worst mall ever
Down to 34 or less store the north Hanover mall has mostly vacant lots. Almost all food vendors have left besides Jerry and sals and auntie Anne's. This mall is comprised of mostly cellphone providers. The mall has a dirty appearance, with stained carpets, water stains and water damage to the tile floors, missing ceiling tiles, even their automatic doors will break and stay perpetually broken making it difficult for wheelchair access and strollers to enter. The staff here is a niche group, the mall manager has recently retired with his wife taking his place recently, so I wouldn't expect anything to change anytime soon. Some stores in this mall operate on different hours than posted mall hours because this is not a profitable mall. This mall is toast.
