Target anchor recommendation
They should consider putting in a Target in where the Sear’s used to be. I live 2 hours away from the mall. I usually visit it when I visit Treasure Lake over the summer and occasionally any other time of the year. I live in an area where there is both a Target and a Kohl’s that are both doing well. I think that if they put in a Target, Kohl’s or both as an anchor tenant, that might try to get the mall to do better than it is doing right now.

Was in there for the 1st time yesterday.(I am from the Pgh. area). Entire place was spotlessly clean and reminded me of how the malls near my home used to be 30 years ago. Sadly, I saw few shoppers and many closed stores, a trend which was all too common near Pittsburgh, where some malls are no more.
