This is not really a mall, it is a location of stores, Lowes, Target, and a few others, in an area that is very difficult to navigate by walking, even driving is hard the way the roads are laid out, signing is minimal, and you end up parking several times to get to various stores. I caution: dozens of fender benders over the years, your best bet is to go to Woodburn Mall, park, and enjoy the beautiful design, shops and food.
