The worst experience ever! I was spoken to very rudely by a staff member named Ricardo. I called in and he told me if I wanted to return clothing it could not smell. Could not smell? Is that what you tell a customer? When I went in person he stated it needed to be returned to the manufacturer. I later went to the GUESS store in Manhattan and they returned everything without a problem. Staff members should be KIND to customers who spend their money at GUESS and not be rude and gruff to them. Will never buy anything from GUESS again! Return policy is ridiculous and the staff thinks they are the CEO's of GUESS instead of employees.
