Winrock Town Center  is an open-air mixed-use development in Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States. It is located at 2100 Louisiana Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM, 87110. It has two Dillard’s locations and a Regal 16-screen IMAX and RPX Theatre as its anchor tenants. It also has a variety of shopping, dining, entertainment and service options. Winrock Town Center has a long and interesting history. It was originally built in 1961 as the first regional shopping mall in New Mexico. It was a joint venture between the University of New Mexico, which owned the land, and Winthrop Rockefeller, a former governor of Arkansas. The mall was designed by Victor Gruen, a famous architect who pioneered the concept of modern shopping centers. Winrock was seen as a symbol of progress and modernity, attracting around 30,000 visitors on its first day of operation.

However, over the years, Winrock faced competition from other malls and suffered from decline and vacancy. In 2006, the mall was sold to Goodman Realty Group, which planned to redevelop it into a town center with residential, office, and retail components.
