off so went in to get it replaced. Jeff (the manager) recommended glass cover instead so paid extra to get it replaced. Next day I get a bubble on the corners so went back to get it replaced. Again the bubble forms on the same day. Went back in and he gets upset I keep coming back Told him this is not typical of me If you look at my history last 15 years Again bubbles again I feel like he is not installing properly and I would not come back if the job is done properly. Almost rushing through the install compared to other people I’ve dealt with, not checking carefully or pressing it dow firmly. Came back and he is extremely irritated. Told him it’s not my fault the install is not done properly. He said he will not replace with the same one but will downgrade to the plastic one but will not give me the refund for extra cost. I complained and finally he agreed to refund $20 of install. But he was extremely irritated and rude. Tried to explain to him I’m not trying to be difficult but what am I supposed to do when the install is not properly. Asked for his name but he would not respond but slams down stuff, etc. Keep throwing paper down and said no more install if I come back with another problem. But what am I supposed to do when the install is not done properly and I literally came back the next day. I have all my gears including cell phones for the whole family serviced here and never a problem before. No reason to be rude when I’m asking to get it done right. I had to ask another employee to get his name. I know working in service industry is not easy but not right to be get all upset and rude like this and start slamming stuff down. What else am I supposed toI do when it’s not done right. I’m looking at my watch now with new plastic cover and there is still some bubbles but now I’m afraid to go back now. I will probably go to another store and pay again to get it done right. Never had issues like this before. Don’t mean to post a negative review but it's absolutely improper be rude, disrespectful (rolling eyes and slamming stuff down) and treat a repeating customer like this when all I'm asking is to get it done right

This mall has so much to offer! I especially love the food court, AMC Theaters, Macy's, and other stuff! It's lots of fun!
