the sunset plaza mall its really great the only problem is there is not a lot of stores a lot of restaurants but not a lot of stores here

Chinese restaurant in food court
The skinny blond gentleman who works as the cashier at the Chinese restaurant has very poor customer service skills. He is always rude when I order from there with my boyfriend. He doesn't stop to listen to my order and gets it wrong each time. When I nicely ask him to fix it, all I get is attitude and he tells me I need to pay again for the certain parts of my order that he failed to provide to me. I have worked in the customer service industry many years during high school, and I understand that people mess up. But learning how to express good customer service is how you keep customers. I am always taken aback from his rude attitude, which is why i finally wrote a review. Everyone else is great and helpful.
