This is a great mall!!! They have great customer service in Earthbound,Sephora,ect.
Overall this is a great mall!!
Absolute Worst!
I would give this 0 stars if it were an option. I received the most absurd and flat out mean customer service. Charlette, one of the employess there was so incredibly rude. I will never be doing business with Best Buy again because of her. Customers should be treated with respect and not be told they are liars! When an associate is the face of your company, every measure should be made to fix any mistake that came from the associate for the customer. So disappointed in Best Buy!

Love it but heres some store ideas
I love this mall!!! Were going shopping there tomorrow! It is amazing but i would love it if it had a rainbow loom shop! Ive realllllllly been into rainbow loom since i was 6 and im 10 now. Would love it if we disnt have to go all over tupelo to find rainbow loom supplies! And also i would love a place that sells 18 inch dolls and doll clithes such as american girl and our generation dolls!
