North Point Mall is a shopping mall located in Alpharetta, Georgia, a suburb of Atlanta. The mall opened on October 20, 1993 as one of the largest shopping malls in the country. The mall was the second to last property built by Homart Development Company, a former subsidiary of Sears that developed and managed shopping malls. The mall features a distinctive design with a central atrium, skylights and fountains. The mall was renovated in 2003 and 2004 to modernize the interior and add more seating areas. In 2019, the mall also updated its atriums with new flooring and an LED color changing tree. The current owner of North Point Mall is Trademark Property, a real estate development, investment and management firm based in Fort Worth, Texas. Trademark Property acquired the mall from Brookfield Properties in December 2020 for an undisclosed amount. Trademark Property plans to revitalize the mall with new tenants, amenities and experiences.

Nice mall by ,
Its still a good mall. Not many restaurants though.
shop seeker by ,
need good toy stores but great restaurants for my list
What happened?!? by ,
I took my grandson on a Saturday to have lunch and ride the carousel and I could not believe the change. Most stores and restautants left this mall and there were very few customers. The carousel was closed for the 'safety of the community' and no one looked like they were enjoying themselves. I will not be back.
Tired looking mall by ,
If ever there was a mall that needed a makeover this is it. Its worn, torn amd tired looking. From the common space through the major tenant stores. It’s like going back in time with outdated style, bland interior, no identity with just a roof over your head if the weather is too uninviting. For such an affluent area where change and modernization of is so prevalent its embarassing and shameful the landlord has not made the investment. How challenging it must be for the store owners. The stronger brands have long abandoned this space. There are plans for change. Thats great! Will believe it when it happens.
