Atlantic Station is a neighborhood and a shopping center in the northwestern edge of Midtown Atlanta, Georgia. It is located on the former site of the Atlantic Steel mill, which opened in 1901 and closed in the mid-1970s. The site was redeveloped into a mixed-use development that combines retail, office, residential and entertainment spaces. Atlantic Station was officially opened in 2005 and has since become a popular destination for shopping, dining and entertainment in Atlanta.
