Cheap Stores and lack of security by ,
Security and store selection is definitely lacking. The Falls use to be a nice mall with really nice stores. Now you have cheap stores coming in with cheap products. The security does nothing with these kids running around and their foul mouths. Who wants to go there with their family?

Don’t give a flying fall for customers by ,
Went the mall for a walk. Needed a bathroom. Found one at the east end of the mall. Both the men’s and women’s bathrooms were temporarily out of order. Only the family bathroom was open and only one the toilets was working. However, the door could not be looked. Shame on the Falls no wonder stores and restaurants are closing almost daily. No customer care = no customers!

Parking for the handicapped is terrible. Now that there is valley parking it is even worse. We would like to go to have lunch in those restaurants but the parking is what detours us. I do not understand why there is not enough parking for handicapped people. What I am understanding is that you do not want the elderly on the premises.
