TRASH ACUMULATING by ,
I wrote recently in reference to marketing... But right now I am very concern with TRASH acummulating in the sorrounding areas. This is not the first time this has happen. Not sure whos responsibility it is to pick up TRASH aroung. For example I was at Starbuck... I had to take a photo, as I have done other times... I will post the photo on youtube, and see if the Seminole County can find out if the Renaissance Centry responsibility to keep up with cleaning and making areas inviting to the public. I spoke to an employee and mentioned, but was not sure whom's responsibility it was, and that it keeps happening often. Honestly, would you like to eat in the terrace of any of the outside offered cafeterias or restaurants. Can you please urgently keep up with the trash and leaves accumulating in eating terrace areas. Sorry you did not have a box for an attachment to prove the ugly mess we live in the shopping center...
PLEASE STOP RENTING TO MEDICAL COMPANIES by ,
I move'd to this area 1998, love'd it then, up scale, trendy, social. Yet I was dying to live in Miami, so in 2014 move'd to Brickell Key, Miami. It's a 24/7 city, best transportation, close to downtown, Miami and South Beach, city lights every were. Love'd the idea that I could go out to eat 3 or 4 am... that Starbucks always close late, and at the Lincohn Mall was 24/7. Unfortunally, I returned on 2018, but still trying to return sometime in the near future.I am very dissapointed on how much the shopping center Renaissance Centre has changed and is becoming year after year more a Medical Central. If they continue to keep renting to non profitable business, even thought they are a good rental. Yet at the same time not for the tourist, shopping customers, young generation, hanging crowd. I don't know if you noticed there are many other bldgs around Central Park, etc... A medical facility will have always their customers, because patients look for them, plus they only work M-F usually 8am-5pm. We need restaurants, souvenir shops, shopping stores (with local and knowed) vendors. We want them open all 7 days of the week, closing as late as it's allowed. You are in a prime area, close to the Cranes Roost, the Medical facilities brings the area down. Reason being, theres is nothing to look at, during and after hours... like window shopping. You are sorounded by hotels, so live up to it. Think South Beach, Miami Beach, down town Saint Pete, The Pier.... Make it a live shopping center connecting with the Mall, and the Cranes Roost Park, board walk... Make people want to visit this area... don't give them an excuse to look for other areas. I am hopping this can market all future rentals...
