Looks better now by ,
The mall seems to be improving. I like that they brought in an Escape Room.
Mall is slowly dying by ,
This place has been dying for years with stores closing. That being said recently it seems to have a few new stores and restaurants in food court. Still not much going for it as a whole.
mr. by ,
this mall has gone down the tubes, has gotten so bad, so many stores have left not worth the stop to even shop here. Only one major store to shop in, food court is terrible.... why don't they just shut it down??
Save the mall by ,
They owners of this mall need to make it an outlet mall. There are none in this area. My family and I have been driving to Orlando to shop at the outlet malls there for years. They are always packed. It's a great location for one and would attract shoppers from all around. It's worth checking into. You may be sitting on a gold mine. Just saying
Its dead by ,
It used to be decent, but Pennys left, the bowling alley left, a bunch of other stores left, it was bought out by some church and now theres not much reason to go to the Mall itself. The anchor at this point is Dillards, and they're ridiculously overpriced. The offshoot stores, Dollar Tree, the Car Wash, Lowes, etc. are worth going to, but the main building is dead. They badly need a new anchor and to redo the entire place.
Extremely disgusting by ,
I used the men's restroom at the food court oh my God so disgusting. Only two working sinks. After walking in you want to wash your shoes off after you leave it's so disgusting. Lot of broke stuff in the restroom. Not counting the smell
Sadly dying, management seems oblivious by ,
This mall used to be the mecca of our small town. It's literally the only place you could/can go for entertainment.... Yet, management can't capitalize on a captive audience. They charge too much for rent considering how run down the building is. They need someone smart to balance improvement and rent. We need new anchor stores. They aren't business savvy enough to bring them in, IMO.
Agree with oldsoul by ,
This is the best and only mall around in this area of FL. Before the pandemic it had a merry-go-round, arcade, bowling alley, food court and some vintage stores you just can’t find anymore. Very 1950’s. Lots of odd shops and great place to get nails done. I shop at Dillards and Bath and Body Works. Keeps me sane in a town with nothing but used car lots, fast food places, mega churches, hardware and farm stores. Hope it survives.
dead mall by ,
It's a dead mall... That's for sure. It's a pocket-dimension trapped between time and eternity -- an empty, rotten, liminal dimension with the echoes of lost memories and an era now gone. You still hear the distant muzak, the laughter of children, the non-existent water fountain pouring in the distance. The longer you reside in there, it consumes your soul and your memories -- until you become nothing more but another mall wanderer. I love it.

For over 5 years now and then some this mall is always super empty, there’s maybe 5-7 shops open. The restrooms are hideous. I wouldn’t eat here, Chinese food I bought last was reheated. It almost feels like walking into a twilight zone. Parking lot is ALWAYS empty. And the store directory that’s currently online is not up to date. I’d suggest to keep driving elsewhere.
rick is lying by ,
okay so as you can see the top review from rick on may 22, 2021 - the mall parking lot is empty and so is the inside. this mall has about nine stores at most four or five places to eat and there are multiple areas of the mall that are completely empty with no lights on and is blocked off, the sight is almost intimidating and this mall has a depressing and outdated environment
LOVE IT! by ,
This mall is outstanding!!! Love the variety of popular stores it offers. Beware!!! Crowded to the doors 24/7. Better get there early. Super hard to find a parking spot.
Yuck by ,
Bathrooms have no locks or toilet paper in the stalls.
Sad mall.... on it’s way out by ,
Used to shop here every visit to Haines City. Every year another group of stores closed and empty. So sad. I love Dillards but can’t imagine how it is still open. Parking lot empty. Mall’s are out of style now. Pity, to be sure.
