23rd Street Station is an open-air retail center with Publix grocery, shopper-favored stores (over 30), services and restaurants in Panama City, Florida. It is located at 650 W 23rd St, Panama City, FL, 324051, near the intersection of W 23rd Street and Stanford Road. The shopping center is open from 6:00 am to 12:00 am every day. The shopping center has a long history dating back to 1986, when it opened as a strip mall anchored by Publix and Walmart. It also featured other stores such as Cici’s Pizza, Johnny’s Crazy Deals, and Twisted Suspension. In 2007, Walmart closed its store and was replaced by several smaller tenants such as Firehouse Subs, H&R Block, Supercuts, and Tropical Smoothie Cafe. In 2015, the shopping center was renovated and expanded with a new facade and additional tenants such as Newk’s Eatery, Olive Leaves, and Wasabi House.
