The West Farms Mall is one of the elite malls in the USA! There are no longer any privately owned stores located within.
Enzo Custom only has 6 location in the country. Two to 3 years back a made to measure suit kiosk was located in center court. They are long gone.
The West Farms Mall will survive the pandemic!

I asked a friend of the family where would be an ideal place to search for a suit in the area and he expressed to me how a friend he knew owned a store in the mall called ENZO.. I explained to him that I made an attempt at one point and time to purchase a suit from there and a younger guy that was about 5' 4"ish in height tried to sell me a suit that was too small before. He expressed to me give it a shot again. So I did on Saturday 7/28/2018. I went in the store looked around and asked if they had a black 3piece suit. The middle age guy had some form of speech issue so the younger guy with the glasses took over talking to me. I asked the price and he expressed to me that it would run about 245. I then asked was the suit wool? He responds and says no. I expressed to him how I can get a suit the same brand same material altered for 160 before taxes. He later insulted me by saying youre getting ripped off and youre in the wrong store. His tone got worse and worse to the point in which not only did they young man with glasses display bad customer service, I would go so far as to saying If he worked for me I would be embarrassed. He wanted to argue back and forth with me and I expressed to him I wouldn't expect for him to know anything about suits considering you are the same one that tried to sell me a too small suit.. then he responded well you came back didn't you? Well the reason again I gave this place a shot was because a friend referred me to go in there. I later expressed to the friend of my encounter of the store and he expressed his regrets in referring the store and how they poorly represented him. He then expressed to me that I was right not to buy anything from that store and if it were him he would never return. Business owners its not always about making sales.. its about creating positive environments for the customers to make them feel comfortable and respected. I would recommend that they employ friendlier employees that have an idea about suits, and also have people that want to help you make money.. not hinder you from making money.. who knows if I would have had better customer service maybe I would have paid the 70-80 dollar overhead. I only gave the 1 star because you have to. The customer service in this store really effects your mall experience at Westfarms Mall
