Reviews
A Shadow of Its Former Self
I haven't been to the Crystal Mall in years, and it looks like there's no reason to go there anymore, anyway. What a shame! The last time I was there, it was still vibrant. Anyway, I couldn't help but notice that there's a store missing from the "Outdated Stores" list -- Noah's. Noah's sold animal-themed gifts, and, animal lover that I am, it was one of my favorite stores in the mall.
Small and sad, but not crowded
This mall is really depressing. It feels like 1/2 the stores are empty. That said, if you need to go shopping on a Saturday, it won't be crowded. I went on Labor Day, and there were maybe 100 people in the mall, employees included.
A slow death
The mall is alive but barely. Ca. 40 pct of stores are gone. Mall needs a facelift. Sears is gone, Jc Penny is struggling, food court is terrible. A relic of the past.
