Been coming here my entire life and I'm still in love

Arrived at the store, at Southwest Plaza Mall, Macy, the sales associate, questioned me, my return, asked my name, wanted to look in my bag, after the interrogation, I proceed inside the store, stopping to look at something, near the dressing rooms, I hear her announce my name, and that I'm returning a bra purchase (on her headset) I felt that was totally inappropriate, a violation of my privacy, no one needs to know what my name is or what I'm returning, it's no one's business but my own. I originally made the purchase at the Park Meadows Victoria Secret....where they are so professional and so friendly, I'll definitely not be coming back to this store.

Great little mall! You've got things for all ages there. Escape rooms, bowling, arcades, VR, and more. Just wish they had some more food options

This review is not for the mall, but a store that the mall allows to operate, which is not included in the mall directory. CELL ACCESSORIES SWP - BUYERS BEWARE! Located on the 2nd level in a kiosk between the escalators. This business, as named, is not listed with the Colorado Secretary of State, nor do their receipts provide contact information. If asked, the employees will refuse to provide. In addition to, their policy is 'NO Refunds', which is not clearly posted, nor conveyed to the consumer when the employee intentionally puts the receipt into the bag at time of purchase, as to not draw attention. They will agree to exchange, for a lesser valued product though (Otterbox iPhone 7Plus - $69.99, compared to the same case on Amazon $49.50). Avoid this business at all costs; there are other reputable companies eager for your business, this is NOT one of them.
