From this year it was remodelled twice in 2009 a 2016. From the year 2011 the centre was owned by Simon Property Group, in 2019 the Pacific Retail company announced to be the new owner.

Other important stores in The Shops at Montebello are Aéropostale, Bath & Body Works, Coach, Disney store, GAP, Victoria's Secret, Zales and Zumiez. Working overnight here sucks since there's no parking overnight. Security here is totally incompotent.

Management is very professional, nice people. The mall itself smaller than average but big enough. Busy weekends, lots of kids, extremely price sensitive customer base. Offer very low price points and plenty of them you will do well here.
