I took my granddaughter to see Santa and I stopped at this kiosk and asked this man if he could tell me where I could go to find Santa because I wasnt sure. He ignored me and I said " excuse me sir .. am i bothering you and he told me yes!! Are u fn kiddng me! I held my tongue and walked away. . I was just getting off the elevator and I was tapped on the shoulder by a security guard informing me the man at the kiosk made a complaint against me . REALLY!!!!!!! I told the security guard that I was more then happy to confront him . We went down there and I asked this jerk .. you could not give me 3 seconds of your time and he flat out said "No I am fixing a $700.00 dollar watch and he couldnt be bothered! WOW!!!! The security guard looked at me , rollled his eyes and i asked him "may I leave now ?" . the security told me yes! He needs some training on customer service! He works at Speed repair at the Montclair Plaza .
