Scottsdale Fashion Square is a large upscale shopping mall located in Scottsdale, Arizona, United States. It is the largest shopping mall in Arizona and one of the largest in the Southwest, with over 218 retail stores, including 40 restaurants, a movie theater, and a luxury wing. It is owned and operated by Macerich, a real estate investment trust that specializes in shopping centers. It attracts millions of visitors every year and features prestigious stores not found anywhere else in Arizona. Scottsdale Fashion Square is located on 7014 East Camelback Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85251. It is situated on the northwest corner of Camelback Road and Scottsdale Road, in the downtown area of Scottsdale. It covers an area of 2 million square feet and has four levels. Scottsdale Fashion Square was originally developed by the Hahn Company in 1961 as an open-air shopping center with two anchor stores: Goldwater’s and Diamond’s. The mall was enclosed and expanded in 1974, adding a third anchor store: Dillard’s. The mall underwent several renovations and additions over the years, such as adding a fourth anchor store: Neiman Marcus in 1981, adding a fifth anchor store: Nordstrom in 1998, adding a sixth anchor store: Barneys New York in 2009 (which closed in 2019), adding a luxury wing with stores such as Prada, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, and Tiffany & Co. in 2009, adding a seventh anchor store: Dick’s Sporting Goods in 2016 (which replaced the former Robinsons-May), and adding an eighth anchor store: Macy’s in 2017 (which replaced the former Dillard’s). The mall was sold by the Hahn Company to Westcor in 1996, which merged with Macerich in 2002. Macerich is the current owner and operator of the mall.

Scottsdale Fashion Square has over 218 stores that offer a variety of products and services to its customers. Some of the major retailers include Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Dillard’s, Macy’s, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Apple, H&M, Sephora, Anthropologie, Madewell, Lululemon Athletica, Michael Kors, and Tiffany & Co. Scottsdale Fashion Square also has a luxury wing that features upscale stores such as Prada, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Burberry, Cartier, and Salvatore Ferragamo. Scottsdale Fashion Square has over 40 restaurants that cater to different tastes and budgets. Some of the restaurants include Ocean 44, Zinque, Toca Madera, The Cheesecake Factory, Kona Grill, RA Sushi Bar Restaurant, P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, and Shake Shack. Scottsdale Fashion Square also has several bars and cafes that offer drinks and snacks. Scottsdale Fashion Square is open seven days a week from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM on Monday through Saturday, and 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Sunday. Scottsdale Fashion Square has several parking structures and lots that can accommodate up to 10 000 vehicles. The parking is free for all customers.

The very rude lady with a Swedish accent, works on the second floor in the John Mark department. by ,
I was shopping for Christmas gifts and brought up a size 6 outfit from the children’s department, when I was approached me asking if I needed a fitting room, I explained that I was carrying a child’s outfit and didn’t need a fitting room. The sales person told me rudely I was NOT holding an outfit from the children’s department. I turned and asked her excuse me I know exactly what I’m holding. She tells me she knew exactly what I had draped over my arm. How is this right?

I brought 2 of my crystal figurines into the store to be sent to Swarovski to be repaired. The young man working there on Wednesday October 2 was very uncooperative. Getting him to send my 2 figurines took numerous requests and overcoming his haughty attitude.
