Park Place Mall is a shopping mall located in Tucson, Arizona, on the East Side of the city. It opened in 1975 as Park Mall and was renovated and renamed Park Place in 2001. It is owned by Brookfield Properties Retail Group. It is one of the largest malls in Arizona, with a gross leasable area of 1.1 million square feet.

Park Place Mall has an exciting lineup of stores to choose from, including Century Theatres, Dillard’s, Round 1 Entertainment, Total Wine & More, Ulta Beauty, and Old Navy as anchor stores. There is also 1 vacant anchor store that was once Macy’s. The mall has more than 138 retailers in total, such as H&M, Forever 21, Banana Republic, Chico’s, Buckle, and more. You can also enjoy more than a dozen options for your dining pleasure, such as Applebee’s, Chipotle, Charleys Philly Steaks, Cinnabon, Cold Stone Creamery, and more.

Park Place Mall was the first mall in Tucson to feature a Dave & Buster’s restaurant and arcade, which opened in 2014 and closed in 2020.
