Zumiez - Bloomington, Indiana IN 47401 - College Mall

Yesterday, my son wanted to go shopping for new clothes. So we went to the mall. We discussed getting him so new shoes but he wanted some from Zumiez because he had purchased a pair about a month ago. He doesn't wear them a lot because they don't fit with all outfits. They were cute and fit his budget. I was hesitant because we bought shoes from there when he was in 6th grade. They didn't last long because he was a rough with his shoes. I don't like spending a lot of money on shoes. Now he is a teen, I agreed. At first, I wanted us to look and possibly look at other places to shop for shoes. When we got there, he was greeted by a young man like they were buddies. He gave us our space as we looked. My son mentioned his shoe size according to his previous shoe. I didn't know. Then the sale man came up to my son and said, "You were 12 and 1/2". Right there, I was so impressed. Needless to say, we purchased two pair of shoes. We bought the same brand but different styles. We got the sale deal. We had to order one pair. When he looked around, he didn't place any pressure. And he made it clear too. He was honest about a style so I didn't bother to look since my son has wide feet. I give it a 5 because the sales man was polite and knew my son's shoe size without us telling him. It may be silly, but that is customer service. And another note, I don't do reviews. But if this young man, with long hair, can get a company bonus for winning this parent over, he deserves one. We were served August 27th, close to 3:00. I am using my middle name. So they can find me on my receipt.
