ZARA - Towson, Maryland 21204 - 1010 - Towson Town Center

By far one of the worst retail service experiences I’ve ever had. I came into the store with a friend to go prom shopping, and had a hard time looking for some of the clothing pieces I was hoping to find. My friend and I were in and out of the store a few times in our single mall trip on a non-busy Monday afternoon, and not once were we approached by any of the Zara staff. I would expect that with the inflated price range, that the customer service would atleast be on par: but not a single staff member came to acknowledge our obvious distraughtness, and not even a greeting when we came into the store. Based on the way the overall ambiance of the store it was as if my friend and I weren’t in the store at all. My friend had went to try on some pants and confused as to where the fitting room was, a staff member looked at us awkwardly and nodded, and looked to the direction of the fitting room, not saying a single word. His mundane gesture was obvious he had no business helping us, which was unsurprisingly consistent with the rest of the staff. Very disappointed. Will not be coming back again.
