ZARA - Los Angeles, California 90048 - Beverly Center

I went into to return some items and My experience at this store was lack luster as the sale associate “helping” me was the opposite of what I expect at this retailer . He never greeted me or look at me . When I greeted him he purposefully would not respond . I asked his name and he responded that he didn’t have tell me his name. What kinda crazy is that? I spend a lot of money with this retailer, annually and expect nothing special ...just a personable human assisting me . When this situation escalate, I asked to speak with a manager at with point, I was passed off to Candy whom I might add, saved what little respect I had for this location. She was everything a manager should be and I informed of this....This situation however, was not rectified as the bad associate Switched my items and withheld an item. I only realized this when I returned home....which means I must RETURN to the Beverly Center location to continue this unfortunate experience ! I am however, thankful for Candy’s assistance and hope she’s given the accolade she deserves. She’s the only reason this review was give a single star if any at all. Candy deserves a promotion!!
