DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME
I purchased a ring on their website. it wasn't what was expected. i was told by the website and their associates online that I could just return to a store near me for a refund. Well, I walked in and NO ONE spoke to me until I went to the desk. The younger associates didn't even make eye contact. The gentleman who assisted me told me their computers can't even talk to the online Zales. COMPLETE BS!
