THEY HUNG UP ON ME AFTER BEING RUDE AFTER I ASKED A QUESTION . I WANTED TO GET MY RING SIZED .

Horrible company. I bought a ring for my mother. My wife even called and made sure it could be sized bigger because the biggest size online it showed was a 9. We were told “just buy the extended warranty and we can resize it for free when you bring it in” that was a flat out and blatant lie. When my wife took it in we were told it couldn’t be sized bigger. It didn’t state online it couldn’t. We assumed because it only went up to a 9 that it couldn’t which is why we called before we ordered it. Did get a call from corporate which did NOTHING they offered a necklace that would fit my mother or to size it to another finger but she wanted a ring that would fit her ring finger. I feel they have wasted my time and now I have to tell my mom she doesn’t get a ring since the one I got was at the top end of my current budget thanks to 2020. Long story short look and if it’s a Signet owned company I recommend you shop elsewhere maybe a local place because they will lie and not even be willing to fix it in a acceptable way
