Where to start. This has got to be the worst store ever. I got my engagement ring and band on May 23, by June 29 the stone fell out of the engagement ring. The ringsneeded to be sized so when I took it back to be repaired I told them to size both rings. They told me it would take 3 weeks. 3 weeks went by and I called, they said sorry 4 to 6 weeks. Well 6 weeks come up and I called to find out where my rings were. They didn't know and told me they would find out and call me the next day, well no call. I wanted until 6 pm and called them. Got the same story they didn't know and would call me the next day, guess what no call from them. Well finally they called and told me my ring was in. By this time we moved so they said no problem we will OVERNIGHT it to the store closes to you. You will have it tomorrow. Went to the store to pick it up. No ring they sent it 2 day air instead of overnight. Well just got a call to let me know it was in and the prong was fixed but they forgot to size my rings. I talked to supervisors and distinct managers and they all could give to shits about it. There moto is we got your money already sorry. They do not try to help customers at all. DO NOT BUY FROM ZALES AT ALL, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE
