The only reason they are getting a 1 star is because I don't have the option for negative stars. Let's start with this, because there have been so many issues I'll try to make this as short as I can. First we bought our rings from zales when Liz was there she was Phenomenal she would NEVER give customer service as the manager now does Patricia and Kathy. In July we took our rings in to have them cleaned, and decided to have my husband's ring sized because it was a little small so we sized 1/2 size 2 weeks later we get the ring back, and the original engraving was completely gone, AND the ring was so thin it bent the first night he had it back. When Patricia tried to find the original engraving she couldn't I called corporate guess what they found it no problem. So they ordered the store to send the ring back to have the engraving put back in 2 weeks later it came back and the writing was so sketchy it looked like someone was shaking the heart looked like a dot and the writing was crooked. Patricia accepted the ring from the jeweler like this and proceeded to tell me there's nothing she can do BS SEND THAT SHIT BACK TO THE JEWELER AND MAKE THEM FIX IT, and advised me to go to any jeweler around of my choice. For what to VOID out my warranty NO THANKS. I told her I was calling corporate, and her response was ok. YOUR A MANAGER YOUR SUPPOSED TO PROBLEM SOLVE that's YOUR JOB!!!!! Nope not her. So we called corporate again and got assigned a case manager the ring was sent back a 3rd time get the back 2 weeks later guess what the ring is bent!!!! Now the ring is going to have to go back again if the case manager can't find a brand new ring to replace it with. RIDICILOUS WE SHOULDN'T HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS NOT ANYWHERE NOT EVER. We have done so much business with this place and we will never again. Customer service is everything in a business that's what keeps people coming back, and keeps you making money. Corporate really needs to evaluate their employees who run their businesses like this because they are going to lose a lot of business and money.
