Zales Jewelers - Whitehall, Pennsylvania PA 18052 - Lehigh Valley Mall

I wish I could give this a 0 rating! HORRIBLE customer service from Robyn and mostly TODD/SCOTT! (not sure of his name)! Originally Moe or Sarah were the ones helping us all the many, many times we went and looked at my ring. They were so friendly, helpful and not pushy at all! Unfortunately, when my fiancé decided to buy the ring, Moe nor Sarah worked there anymore.(wonder why..)? Therefore Todd/Scott(whatever his name is)and Robyn had to sell the ring and share the commission! Maybe $5,000 wasn’t good enough for their sale!! Todd/Scott lol went on and on the day we met him about how experienced he is in the jewelry industry!(umm.. why do you work at Zales’s then)? Go to major jeweler in NY like you claimed you worked there before... EXTREMELY pushy and rude. We told him we’re not putting it on hold yet...then He even threatened to call a guy he knew to tell him about the ring I was looking at and what a great diamond and deal it was! Shortly after, my fiancé called to put it on hold, as a surprise, and he was told it was on hold for somebody else!! He called for three days to see if it was still on hold. Finally it wasn’t so he went in to buy it. Son of a bitch, TODD/SCOTT did it on purpose. Now I have to feel uncomfortable every time I go there to get my ring cleaned/inspected.Fingers crossed neither of them continue to work there very long. Unfortunately, this Zales(Whitehall) is the closest, most convenient store near us. I do not recommend this ZALES!!
