Gigi at Lynnhaven Mall is rude
Walked into Zales at Lynnhaven Mall and was greeted with, “How may I help you”? When I explained I was there to get my ring inspected the manager, Gigi, told me the store hours for the following day. The store didn’t close for another 15 minutes, but I suppose since I was not purchasing something she did not want to help me. She exhibited very poor customer service and now I am going to a different location. Additionally, I am not going to buy anything else there.
