My husband ordered me a ring, it needed to be sized.. took it to the local Southaven store, the customer service is horrible.. very racist.. she returned my ring instead of sizing, then got an attitude. Sent to be sized they broke my ring on the weekend it was supposed to be back oh we were renewing our vows this weekend as well.. so it supposed to be back by June 21 my birthday and now it’s delayed again.. oh by the way this has been going on since 5/22
