Horrible service from Assistant Manager by ,
First of all. If I could rate lower I would. I came into get my jewelry inspected but didn’t have my diamond bond with me. I asked the young lady waiting on me to look it up but she was unable to find anything in the computer. She called the assistant manager( name unknown) since she never introduced herself to me. I asked her to call the Zales I originally purchased the ring from. She answerered” I don’t even see proof of purchase for this ring. Having horrible signal on my cellphone I try calling the other zales. Mind you I struggled with placing this call for about 4 minutes. Not once did she say “here use our land line” or better yet I’ll call and get this squared away for you. I’ve been doing business with Zales for 15 years, all over the U. S and never had such lack of customer service. I finally get the call through. By then she’s walked away from me to the next customer, never says I’ll be right back or I’ll get someone to come assist you. Nothing!! I wait and she never comes back. I walk over to tell her “ I was planning to make a purchase as well, but I see you can’t be bothered with me” and walked out. I return after an hour later looking for the manager. I’m told she’s off today. So I asked for the DM and the assistant manager tells me “Call customer Service” She then says “you yelled at me earlier” “So I’m calling security if you don’t leave”!! Way to go!! Where’s the management training? The best way to handle my dissatisfaction with your service is to threaten me with calling security in a store full of customers” I left, called Customer service and I’m waiting to hear from DM. There is no wonder why this store is so poorly rated, Stay away!! Lucy Altchuler

If I could give this review 0 stars, I would. I am very upset and frustrated with this Cielo Vista Zales. First of, they continued to lie to me to tell me when my ring(s) were going to be arriving. I sent all 3 together and they all came in separately. It is very unorganized!!!!! Then the website to track my rings was no help because it showed no progress and even now still doesn't show my rings are ready when I have them. The sales associates kept telling me I would receive an email to let me know they arrived and guess what? I never received an email. I called the store every single day for a week & a half AFTER the due date that was scheduled on my receipt. Also, there is one male associate which I have his name written down told me he would "give me a call when the rings came in personally." He didn't do that either! I kept insisting on talking to the manager and their response was "she's not here, she stepped out, call tomorrow morning when she's in..." And to top it off, I had my husband pick up the rings yesterday while I was at work and guess what again? I have a diamond missing! Why send them in for repair & why did it take so long to get them back when they didn't even do the job!!!!! Such bad service!!
