Yankee Candle - Fort Myers, Florida 33901 - 9081 - Edison Mall

This store actually has very little stock. Its always a disappointment from what is online and what is in the store. The employees in the store are the type that will follow you around from one spot to another, its quite annoying. I like to shop and browse. If I want an employees help I know how to ask for it. I bought some items online and decided to return them to the store. The manager got quite snippy about it and refused my shipping invoice saying "its not the correct one I can't use this, I can't look this up in the computer. I can only give you 25% of what the items are worth." HUH????? She told me to "go home and get the right invoice or take a picture of your invoice emailed to you." Seriously??? I will never shop there again. They also have a policy that if you burn the candle, they will not give you a refund only an exchange and yet they always say they want to make you happy. They aren't any better online. I had a problem with a damaged item and went as high up as I could go. They promised to "make things right" and then blew me off and never got back to me after the first email. This is after I had spent over $200 on their products. Forget it!
