Disappointed
On 3/26/18, I dropped off my watch for repair. I was told I would receive a call advising of the cost. About an hour later I got a call advising the cost would be $89.95, it would take 7 to 10 days to repair and the watch was being repaired on the premises and not sent out. I gave the ok. About 20 minutes later I called and said I changed my mind and would like to pick the watch up. I was advised by the same person I previously spoke to its not possible, the watch has already left the store for repair. On 3/29/18 (3 days later)I received a call advising my watch was ready. I do not feel this business is honest. Shoppers beware!
