HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT - DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS
Sept 22 $330 gift card bought. Gown kids told for past 4-mths they were booked. Mom called this week, was treated very badly on phone told Spa booked for 12 months for cpls massage. I called today Sun got truth, NOT booked /staffing issues. Front Desk called mgr to get OK to do refund and mgr told her to pass to customer she was off today and Mon would call back Tuesday.
