Great Store
They really take care to see that you are satisfied without being pushy.
People matter there
While we always enjoy our store visits where we never feel pressured, and staff (Sandy is our favorite!) take all the time needed to show us things we may like, we were overwhelmed by the recent kindness of Scott. He felt our pain and went above and beyond to get a chalice (purchased elsewhere, so no great sale for him) engraved in time for us to get it to the church before our sister-in-law's funeral Mass. It's not just business with them.

Cheap quality
I bought a gold and diamond ring about a month ago. Wore it MAYBE 4 times since....i.noticed today 6 of the diamonds fell out smh
