Store manager lied to me when I bought a couple of phones switched over to Pageplus never said anything about no refunds didn't have any signs up and he left right in the middle of it gave it to the younger employee and he went to Chicago. Came back Saturday was not happy with the coverage another employee was there he was very rude he would not listen to me and my fiance so we left. Then came back again on the third day which is a Monday talk to the store manager told him we wanted our money back and he said that there was no refunds didn't tell my fiance what he was doing, work on the phone for a long time. My fiance came and got me again there's no signs anywhere about no refund. He then tells us that the reason why they don't have the signed up is because an autistic child likes to attack it I'm sorry that is not right nor is it true. My fiance and then took pictures of the store for proof of no sign anywhere and then the store manager got upset told us to leave gave me a card to contact his boss what did he even know I don't even think it's from his boss was very dismissive and just wrong. The store is horrible and the people employees running it are even worse. And the entire times we were there they had no signs up.
