The manager sherline was great at this locationwhen we originally shopped the store But today my wife and daughter went to return something and a short light skin girl was very rude, told my wife the store was closed but doors were opened.when my wife said i drove 35 minutes to return this she Then yelled well wait on line and take your receipt out.. My wife said wow you must being having a bad day. She proceeded to say yes I am. I also didn't have to take your return. My wife asked her name and she yelled Jenna and started yelling out the lettersto her nameJENNA. She is very rude. I dont know if she's a assistant manager but she should not be in the customer service industry . She also yelled at others customers trying to shop .my wife is a nurse and has never been so embarrassed .our 9 year old daughter was present and she showed no sense of composure. I would never shop this store again..buyer beware your business is not appreciated at the windsor in the palisades center mall in rockland county can get into more detail about things she shouted but might not even be google appropriate. This was Wednesday night December 23rd 2020 just before 7pm.
