Williams-Sonoma - Tampa, Florida 33607 - International Plaza and Bay Street

My wife ordered some things for our Thanksgiving meal online to pick up from the international plaza store. When she got there it was very busy, so she waited in line and got her goods. Only to, after just leaving the store, find out they shorted her two things she had ordered. She got back in the huge line and waited again to get the two items they missed. Then, once we got home, she noticed that they actually had also given her some different versions and flavors of some of the things she had ordered. Such as instead of an apple based Thanksgiving cocktail mix, that they messed up and gave us a pomegranate based Christmas mix. For as much as they charge, you’d think they would pay more attention to simple things like building an online purchase. Since we live a ways away from the store, and had taken a special trip to pick up the items. We ended up just going to publix and a local liquor store to get versions similar to what we were originally looking for in the first place. As big of a mess as they seem to be, we won’t use this location again
