Wendy’s - Pompano Beach, Florida 33062 - Pompano Citi Centre

What a disaster! The Wendy's on Copans Rd near Federal is a complete s*** show, we waited for 10 minutes before an extremely rude cashier took and messed up our simple order. When our name was announced to pick up our order 20 minutes later, it was someone else's order. The gentleman who received our order returned to the counter, as we were given his order. We ordered 3 simple 4 by 4 meals, 2 of the 3 did not have what we ordered. The wait and cook staff appeared to be on some type of depressant as they were super slow with everything that they did. There were fifteen cars on drive through line, which did not move much during the twenty minutes it took to receive our order. several customs demanded their money back because the wait time was ridiculously long and others simply left before they order was even taken. Wendy.s management needs to investigate and correct this situation or another Wendy's will be going under. It's really a shame because I always thought Wendy's was a great fast food place and I am sure the DAVE THOMAS IS ROLLING IN HIS GRAVE1
