Customer Service Excellence
I went through the drive thru to place an order for my son's kids meal. I presented my card and when the cashier came back, she advised me that my script on the back was damaged (which I was aware) and there chip reader was down. She told me that her manager advised to please take the food and enjoy on them! They didn't even ask for another method of payment!! AMAZING, COMPASSIONATE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENCE!!!
