Unfriendly, rude, unproffessional, lack of Good customer service
Drive-thru never gives receipt. Last week they didn't give me my juice boxes for both my happy meals, I'm a mom of three, always busy.. bought two large fries-- they parked me and Forgot my kid's juice I called. A guy answer and told me that he'll write my name somewhere, so that when I came back I'd get them. A week later I drove past them, talked to a latino manager, who acted like I was lying. And never said " We apologize" I have my bank transaction. This is why I don't like Wendy's. In my whole life I've visited wendy's restaurant maybe 4-5 times. Hate it now even more.
