Worse than Poor
Sent in phone for merely a screen replacement, 40 minute job turned into my waiting around for over 4 hours. Inquired why it was taking so long and they sent me around my carrier and the different kiosks trying to figure why my SIM card was not connecting at all. I was told it was likely the "SIM board". They told me to leave it for 2 days. then they said 3, then til Monday. I ended up checking and picking it up Sunday, and it still did not work.
Customer
I went in for a screen protector and he right away placed the protector without telling me the price and was then charging me $43. I said that was way to much and he said I should have common sense I’m paying at a mall. His level of customer service was so beyond trash. And he wouldn’t want to provide me a refund instead laughed at me and said it’s not like I could resale it. Don’t waste your time here.
