Vine Vera - Baton Rouge, Louisiana 70836 - Mall of Louisiana

I am typing this review to correct some of the things that I said in my review yesterday. The manager, Lorry, is an exceptional saleslady. She is a "smooth talker," but you have to be when you are trying to sell something. She did an exceptional job with me in applying the different vine vera products. She also told me how fantastic and phenomenal the results of the products were on my face. She did not force me to buy any vine vera products. I chose to buy the products. She did a great job in telling me what a great investment the vine vera products would be for me over time. I shouldn't have said the things that I said yesterday in my review. She is in no way pushy in making you buy the products. She gives you all of the information on all of the products, and she even demonstrates how to apply them, and how often to apply them. She gives you a sheet that tells you about the products that you purchase, which tells you how much to apply and when to apply the products. As I have previously stated, Lorry is an excellent saleslady, and I would recommend that any customer go and let her demonstrate the vine vera products to them.

My review is concerning the saleslady, Lorry. She is nice, but she is a "smooth talker." She me that I looked fantastic and phenomenal after having some of the vine vera products used on my face. She was able to get me to spend well over $200.00 on some of the vine vera products. I feel that she somewhat lied to me in telling me how good I looked after she had applied some of the vine vera products on me. I feel that her boss/manager needs to speak with her on being honest with the customers, and how the products help their appearances. Lying to a customer or customers to get them to buy the vine vera products is not right.

Let me start off by saying one of the representative Lorry was very rude!!!! She needs to be evaluated and taught how to talk to customers She is not professional at all!!
