I have shopped at many Vince Camuto locations across the country, and this is my favorite location!! I always have a successful shopping experience, I always find the right pair of shoes with the right price without compromising quality. The staff is amazing, especially one of the sales associates named Marlene, she always makes my experience fun and welcoming.
Horrible customer service
I came in one day and no one greeted me! Some lady with short black hair ignored me while I walked passed her. I asked her for help and she did a poor job doing so; it's like she didn't want to help me. Then when I asked her what was her name she said, "Lanie". Like what name is that? Totally lying. Worst experience in a retail store ever.
